What the form asks for #
Personal details, Class 10 and 12 marks (subject-wise at Indore), category, and your preferred test city. Application fees run roughly ₹2,000–4,500 depending on institute and category, paid online. Reserved categories pay less.
Step 1: Track the notification, not the rumours #
Bookmark the official admission pages of IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak. Coaching sites publish "expected dates" in December; they are guesses.
Step 2: Apply in the first fortnight #
The portal slows badly in the final week, and test-city choices fill on a first-come basis at popular centres.
Step 3: Work backwards from mid-May #
If the exam is in mid-May, your last full-length mock should be about a week before it, which means mocks start in February at the latest.
Step 4: Keep June free #
WAT-PI rounds land in June, often within two weeks of results. Candidates who treat results day as the start of interview prep are already late.
